External software used by Videoporama
Videoporama use external software to work, those software are :
- Python : Use as main programming language of Videoporama.
- PyQt4 and Qt4 (open source release) : Framework use to make the graphical user interface. Those software are provided under the GPL V3 licence.
- Python imaging library : Use to make some operation on image. This software is provided under the copyright and licence of Secret Labs AB. This licence give permission to use, copy, modify and distribute it.
- Pyexiv2 : Use to read exif data from picture (photo). Pyexiv2 is provided under the GPL Licence.
- FFmpeg : use to convert yuv4mpeg images to movie in various format. FFmpeg is provided under the LGPL version 2.1 or later.
- MPlayer : Use as video and audio player. Licence : GPL V2.
- MJpegtools : Use to convert single image to yuv4mpeg flow. MJpegtools is provided under the GPL Licence.
- SoX : Use for sound processing. Sox is provided under the GPL Licence.
