Monsters is a 2D action shooter inspired by the classic arcade game Robotron 2084.
Wielding “twin stick” controls, the player aims to defeat waves of enemy monsters bent on his destruction. The player must use caution, however, as every shot drains the player’s life/energy. The only way to stay alive is to continuously collect the hearts of the slain monsters. In addition, hearts of different colors provide a variety of “power-up” like abilities that the player can use to their advantage.

The player uses two sets of controls, one to move, the other to fire. Each wave is a single screen populated with a number of enemy monsters of varying types. Coming into contact with an enemy or an enemy projectile will decrease the player’s life/energy. Defeating each level of monsters will allow the player to progress to a more difficult level. The game will progress infinitely as the player defeats each level.

Un shooter 2D inspiré de Robotron 2084, par le studio QuadraTronGames.
Il utilise le moteur Unity.

Maniant son double stick, le joueur doit tenter de vaincre des vagues de monstres ennemis s'évertuant à sa destruction.
Le joueur doit faire preuve de prudence, étant entendu que chaque coup consomme sa vie / son énergie.
La seule façon de rester en vie est de collecter en continu les cœurs des monstres tués. En outre, des coeurs de différentes couleurs offrent une variété de "power-up" tel que des aptitudes que le joueur pourra utiliser à son avantage.

Le joueur utilise deux jeux de commandes, l'un pour progresser, l'autre pour tirer.
Chaque vague est constituée d'un écran peuplé par un nombre de monstres ennemis de divers types.
Entrer en contact avec l'ennemi ou un projectile ennemi diminue la vie / l'énergie du joueur.
Vaincre chaque niveau de monstres permettra au joueur de progresser à un niveau plus difficile.
Le jeu progresse de manière infinie à mesure que le joueur remporte chaque niveau.
